-Cleaning costs are assumed by end user clients renting the
property for short term rentals. ($300)
-No animals of any kind are allowed without permission;
-No smoking of any kind inside of house;
-No vaping , no consumption or growth of marijuana or any
drug in the property and in the common areas;
-No AIRBNB, NO SUBLEASE;
-The lessee agrees to accept and respect the building rules;
-Liability insurance of 2 million valid entire period of
the lease;
-The lessee must make sure at his departure to leave the
apartment clean and free of waste or personal effects.
-A list of included furniture to be checked by the
collaborating agent before signing the lease.
-The heating, electricity are included in the rental price;
-The cable and internet are included in rental price on
basic plan, the landlord will not cover any movie or
channel rental on demand or internet data rate other than
basic service.
-Lessee agrees to complete standard electronic payment form
and provide void check of a valid Canadian bank account at
their earliest convenience following signature of the lease
and at the latest prior to taking possession
-Exterior parking and maintenance is the responsibility of
the tenant
